UTE COMPETITION – Sunday 7th July, 2024
Do you have a cool Ute – Nominate for a chance to win “Best Ute”.
CLASSES
The following six (6) classes have been selected to give the best overall cross-section of entries:
- Street Ute
- B&S / Feral Ute
- Chicks Ute
- 4X4 Ute
- Work Ute
- Classic Ute
Entry Fee: $10
Prize Money: First $100
Online entries will close 8pm Wednesday 3rd July 2024.

Utes may enter Showgrounds from 8am Sunday 7th July.
Utes must be on display ready for judging by 9am Sunday 7th July.
Presentation of Awards will be made at 11:30am Sunday 7th July.
ELIGIBILITY TO COMPETE
- Competitors are permitted to enter ONE class only.
- Any Registered vehicle that is classified as a UTE (tray back, well back, drop side or converted to a ute) may be nominated by the owner and/or driver.
- The driver of the vehicle must have a current driver’s license.
CONDUCT OF COMPETITORS (Owners/Drivers)
- Steward’s directives must be followed.
- Queensland Road Rules apply to competitors both inside and outside of the venue.
- Speed must be limited as directed.
- Vehicles are to be parked as directed and not moved unless directed by Stewards / Officials.
- Intoxicated owners or drivers will be disqualified from the competition.
- Excessive noise levels will not be permitted.
- Burnouts or donuts will not be tolerated.
- Any Owner/Driver behaving in a manner considered to be inappropriate will be disqualified.
- No weapons (firearms/knives) allowed at event including props.
- Any person not abiding by any of the above Rules will automatically be disqualified.
- The Judge’s decision is final. Competitors are not to approach the judge questioning their decision unless the judge is offering the information.
