Ute Muster

The Ute Muster will NOT be at the Dayboro Show this year

The State Ute Muster Series is conducted Statewide by a number of Show Societies, to raise interest in Queensland Utes within the community, as an added attraction at the local Agricultural Show, and to develop the contact between city and country.
The Competition also provides incentive for enthusiasts to exhibit their vehicles and support their local community.

There are Seven (7) Classes:

Street Ute
B & S Ute
Chicks Ute
4 x 4 Ute
Work Ute
Feral Ute
Classic Ute

Sub-Chamber Finals are held at eleven (11) selected centres around Queensland. Winners from local Shows are eligible to proceed to Sub-Chamber Finals. Winners of each class at a Sub-Chamber will be eligible to proceed to the State Finals held in Brisbane at the Royal Queensland Show (Ekka) held in August each year.

The State Final is judged from a possible eleven (11) vehicles with a State Winner being declared for each CLASS.

An overall Champion and Reserve Champion Vehicle will be selected from the CLASS Winners.

A number of other sub categories such as Best Bull Bar, Best Interior etc. are also conducted during the State Finals.

“All Ute enthusiasts are invited to participate at your local Agricultural Show. We look forward to seeing you there”

PLEASE NOTE: Many local Show Societies have run their own Ute Show Competitions for many years and sometimes with many, varied and imaginative classes. Normally these Societies arrange their own sponsorship with local business houses and often provide cash prizes as well. The State Competition in no way detracts from this effort, but in effect enhances the attraction. HOWEVER, for entrants to proceed through the State Competition, they must meet the criteria, nominate, and be judged in one of the six (6) Classes as listed above.
